What’s Included:
Our residential cleans cover all the essential areas of your home with an attention to detail you won’t find anywhere else. Each checklist is customized based on your requests and the size and layout of your home. Here’s a look at what’s typically included:
Bathrooms: Sinks, faucets, mirrors, tubs/showers, toilets, cabinet faces, trash removal, and floors.
Kitchen: Sinks, faucets, backsplash (sink area), counters, cabinet faces, stove and knobs, face of oven and fridge, microwaves, toaster, coffee maker, trash removal, and floors.
Living Room: Dusting/cleaning all furniture and surfaces, vacuuming under/on couch cushions, and floors.
Dining Room: Cleaning/dusting the table, chairs, and all furniture/surfaces.
Bedrooms: Dusting/cleaning all surfaces, changing sheets (clean sheets must be provided), and floors.
We also offer laundering services for linens to provide the ultimate hassle-free clean day. If extra sheets and duvet covers are available, we’ll take the dirty linens with us, wash them using your preferred laundry detergent, and return them fresh and clean at your next scheduled visit. This service is available for an additional fee.
How it Works
For recurring cleans, we set a per-clean rate based on the frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
Biweekly cleans take longer than weekly, and monthly cleans take longer than biweekly, so pricing reflects the additional time and effort required.
First-time cleans always take longer than future maintenance cleans, as we deep clean and set a solid foundation for ongoing service. surface shines and every corner is cared for.

One-Time Cleans: Perfect for when you need a general clean without a recurring schedule. One-time residential cleans are charged by the hour and customized to your specific needs. We’ll start with a walk-through to discuss which areas you want cleaned and provide an estimated time frame for the job. These cleans are more extensive than routine maintenance and always take longer, as we’re setting the foundation for a fresh, clean space.
Recurring Cleans: For weekly, biweekly, or monthly service, we offer a consistent cleaning schedule with a set per-clean rate. These maintenance cleans are more efficient and tailored to keep your home in tip-top shape, so you can enjoy a clean space without any hassle.
