  • Absolutely! We tailor each cleaning to meet the specific needs of your home. During the initial walk-through, we’ll discuss your priorities and create a checklist to ensure we address everything you’d like cleaned. Whether it’s focusing on specific areas or adding additional tasks, we’re here to make your cleaning experience as personal as possible.

  • We proudly serve a wide range of locations, including Priest River, Sandpoint, Priest Lake, Nordman, Coolin, Newport, Oldtown, Sagle, Ponderay, and Kootenai. If you’re located outside of these areas, please reach out, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your needs! Please note that there is a mileage fee for locations in Priest Lake, Sagle, and Kootenai.

  • Yes, we continue to offer cleaning services during the winter months, as long as road conditions are safe. If weather conditions make it unsafe for our team to travel, we will reschedule the cleaning for a later date.

    Additionally, we do not provide snow removal services. For snow removal, we recommend seeking a dedicated service. We can, however, ensure that your driveway and entryway are clear of debris during the cleaning.

  • If you need to change or cancel a cleaning appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. We understand that life happens, and we will work with you to reschedule your service at a convenient time.

  • The duration of a one-time clean depends on the size and condition of the home, as well as the specific services requested. We will provide an estimated time frame during the walk-through, but please note that one-time cleans tend to take longer than regular recurring maintenance cleans.

  • For recurring cleans, we set a per-clean rate based on the size of the space and the frequency of service (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). One-time cleans are charged by the hour, and we provide an estimated time frame and quote during a walk-through. For deep cleans and move-in/move-out services, we will give you an hourly rate based on the condition and size of the home.

  • We do not provide exterior window cleaning. However, we do touch up interior windows and remove fingerprints and smudges for a cleaner, clearer look.

  • We offer comprehensive vacation and short-term rental cleaning services that include general cleaning, restaging the home, and light patio maintenance (sweeping, checking grills, and wiping down outdoor furniture). We also provide laundry services—dirty linens are taken off-site and returned at the next scheduled clean. Damages caused by guests are reported to the owner immediately.

  • Yes, we offer detailed deep cleaning services that include dust and drywall mud removal, light fixtures, baseboards, inside appliances, and more. Deep cleans are typically charged by the hour, and we provide a customized quote after assessing the property. This service is perfect for homes that need a thorough, top-to-bottom clean.
